Corporate LMS platforms, built and hosted in New Zealand

We build and host learning management system (LMS) platforms for New Zealand corporates and PTEs, to their own requirements, for $500 to set up and $160 a month plus GST.

A New Zealand corporate or PTE that trains its people needs to know who has finished each course, who is due to renew, and that the certificates will stand up when an auditor or a client asks. It also needs a platform it can afford year after year.

We built a learning management system for Capability Solutions training, and we set the same system up as a separate, branded LMS for corporates and PTEs. It costs $500 to set up and $160 a month plus GST, which covers full hosting and all the emails the system sends, including sign in links and reminders.

For corporates

A corporate gets one view of every staff member's completions, certificates and renewal dates. Staff are enrolled in bulk from a spreadsheet, managers download progress for any course, and reminder emails go out before training lapses. If you use SiteKey for site access, SiteKey checks that training before anyone signs in at the gate.

For private training establishments

A PTE gets its learners, completions and certificates on a platform under its own name, with a certificate link an employer can check.

What other LMS platforms cost

The subscription platforms charge in US dollars, mostly by the number of learners. On their own pricing pages on 9 October 2026, converted at US$1 = NZ$1.78:

Ours is $2,420 in the first year and $1,920 a year after that, plus GST. The full comparison and its sources are in the Capability Solutions guide to what an LMS platform costs New Zealand corporates and PTEs.

Built to your requirements

We build the LMS around the way you train your people, including the reports your managers need and the emails your learners receive. You get your own web address and branding, and your admin login sees only your people.

Every LMS we set up has sign in by emailed link, progress on every course with a spreadsheet export, expiry reports with reminder emails, and a certificate for each completion at a permanent link anyone can check. When training expires, the learner re-enrols on the same account and the earlier completion stays on record.

Your existing courses, and new ones

We move existing courses across with their learners and completion records, and host them. Courses built as HTML load as they are. We also design and build new interactive courses, and they sit in the same LMS.
